Unveiling Woven City: Toyota’s Ambitious Living Laboratory at CES
Five years ago, Akio Toyoda, Chairman of Toyota, shared his visionary project at CES—a plan to construct a prototype city on a 175-acre site at the base of Mount Fuji, Japan. This city, named Woven City, aims to integrate all of Toyota’s innovations, including autonomous vehicles, robotics, smart home technology, and artificial intelligence.
This year, Toyoda will return to the renowned tech trade show in Las Vegas to finally reveal Woven City. The anticipated Toyota press conference will feature Toyoda prominently and is scheduled for January 6 at 1 p.m. PT/4 p.m. ET during CES media day.
